What are our products made of?
An indecent amount of Passion, topped with spiced Crazyness!
Wildness is a little company based in Wellington. We are working with Carlos the cupuacu farmer/master and he is building up the plantation. Carlos and Marie are both strongly committed to bringing the wonderful new innovative flavour of the cupuacu fruit to the world.
The fruit is harvested regularly throughout the year as there is no particular harvest time. The fruit is cut and prepared on the farm. The cupuacu is then dried and vacuum packed to retain all the goodness and freshness. Carlos will be posting fresh boxes of cupuacu to Wellington each week ready for us to work with and to add to our chocolate.
